The Digital
Message Centre Pro is a high quality Voiceover-On-Hold audio
source. It continuously plays, and then repeats whatever audio
files are stored on its memory card. It comes with a memory card
that can store around 60 minutes of audio, but you can buy cards
that will store up 20+ hours if necessary.

The Music On Hold
Line Sharer device allows people who use a single, standard
phone lines to easily place calls on hold. It also interfaces
with the Digital Message Centre Pro so that people on hold can
listen to the Voiceover-On-Hold message being played.
Line Isolation
Unit
(Only required if
you use multiple phone lines, a PABX, or a Commander system)
The Line
Isolation unit is necessary to interface between the Digital
Message Centre Pro and the phone system. Under Australian law,
anything connected to a telephone system (for background music
or paging applications) must be isolated with a line isolation
unit.
